Interlogix Learn Mode Micro Door/Window Detector, White

After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical about this product and how it would work with my system. However, the price was too good to pass up and I gave them a try. I'm so glad I did! They are the same sensors that I bought with my security system, but are much less expensive! They were really easy to install with the help of my security system provider and the sensors I received have continued to function properly.I have a Simon XT.

They work fine, but just to clarify - they are not white.

Perhaps the unit we received was simply defective.The battery never made 100% contact therefore the sensor would keep tripping on its own.It also seems to be a different model than the one we received from our Alarm company.We returned it.

Its inherantly too difficult to focus. Binacusars would be better. I had always wanted to see if it would be better.

Works great with our security solution

Works great, much smaller than my other ones. Cheaper price than my carrier was offering. Install was quick and simple but READ THE DIRECTIONS carefully. I skipped small part and almost returned the item because I thought it was defective.

Integrated flawlessly with my Concord 4 alarm system panel. Installer pointed out the micro door window sensor model TX-1012-01-1 would be better because to activate it you only have to pull the battery tab vs opening this sensor. Perfect size for window sensor.

These tiny window/door monitors were purchased to replace older Honeywell hardware. They work great, installation was easy, pairing with Z-Wave a breeze. I was worried that without spacers I would not be able to get a working installation since the door / frame do not allow a totally flush placement. Thankfully these sensors appear to allow a slight amount of leeway (a few mm at least). This has not, apparently, impacted the sensitivity of the sensors/alarm.
