Great Product! I have been using RDA-12 for several months now and feel really good. I take a couple of RDA-12 capsules most mornings and feel like I’ve set my body up to combat with whatever the day will bring. I also take RDA-12 immediately after a workout to help my body recover and recharge more quickly. And I have found its pretty effective for preventing hangovers.In the past, I stayed away from nutritional supplements because just about everything I found has additives that are harmful to the body. And while most of the supplements out there have vitamins and minerals, they also have things that can cause cancer and other harmful conditions. And many times, even the vitamins and minerals they contain aren’t in a form the body can really use.RDA-12 is the first supplement I have found that does not contain any additives. It’s made from fruits and vegetables and nothing else. Taking a couple of RDA-12 capsules ensures that I get the daily amounts of my fruits and vegetables . . . and more . . . because RDA-12 contains nutrition from parts of fruits and vegetables that I am just not going to eat. I mean I am just not going to eat the peel of an orange or the core of an apple or beet stalk.I don’t plan on stopping eating fruits and veggies anytime soon. But taking RDA-12 gets me the nutrition I am missing. And, if you just hate eating your fruits and vegetables then this is the next best thing. No preservatives, no additives, no synthetics. So I buy this product and receive an email from the company saying, hey thanks for buying, please rate us, but if there's a problem, let us know first. They say, you can respond to this email, so I did. It wasn't really a problem, nothing big anyway. They apparently got over zealous manufacturing their product. My email just pointed out that the manufacture date on the bottle said May 2013. Actually, both bottles, same date. I'm the kind of guy who will take ibuprofen after the expiration date, so no big deal, but I'm guessing they shy away from questions or statements like that because I never heard back from them. So, I still took the product. It's actually pretty good product. I have felt more energetic and more alert and have been in a decent mood despite some outside factors. My body seems to be working better.So yes, I recommend the product. Just don't tell the company that their pants make their butt look big or you may never hear from them again.So, I ordered again after I left this review. I still never heard anything from the company, which is fine, I didn't need to. Now, they have stickers on the bottom with an expiration date that seems to have been randomly chosen as March of 2017. Pulled the sticker off, and, well, same thing, same date on the bottom as the previous bottles. It seems to work though. I feel more human-like after taking this.

I bought this and was traveling international where fresh fruits and vegetables cannot be consumed since the possibility of foreigners becoming sick was super high. It was easy to swallow and had now taste. I don't feel any different but it is a great supplement ! I was even thinking of taking that instead of eating fruits and vegetables! :P

The expiration date was listed as May of 2013. This may or may not cause problems; however, the expiration date should have been listed on the purchase page.
