Read the Directions
So I read the reviews and people were commenting how difficult this was to make so I did a search on YouTube for any how to videos and came across one from the makers of Cup 4 Cup. I watched and it was straight forward and so easy.... according to this video, so could t figure out what people were talking about. The video did not follow the directions on the bag so it’s good thing I checked the directions first. Video shows you just dumping the whole bag and the yeast and mixing the water & egg or whatever it was. The bag says to remove 1/2 cup of the flour before mixing. It wasn’t complicated, just read the directions first. Taste was good. It was hard to work with which is typical for gluten free dough, but the video again was misleading so giving you a heads up. My husband said it tasted like a flour tortilla. I agree

Makes awesome pizza!
One of the things that I missed the most when I went gluten free was pizza. This crust definitely helped me with my pizza craving!!! It turned out so yummy! The directions are easy to follow and it didn't take too long to come together (other than the 1 hour wait time for proofing). I don't have a pizza stone as suggested by the directions, so I used a cookie sheet. It worked great! I forgot to put oil on the crust room as recommended and it still had a nice golden brown crust! I also put six toppings on it and the crust easily held the weight without getting floppy. I will definitely be buying this again!

Great pizza!
This Cup4Cup pizza crust mix does not disappoint! Best GF pizza crust I’ve found. The only thing that I didn’t like was trying to kneed the dough as it was so sticky and messy. Since I had put the dough on parchment paper I switched to using the ends of the paper to kneed the dough with my hands underneath the paper. It worked great and kept my hands clean. When I took the dough out of the fridge it was easy to roll (press) out. I didn’t need much of the half cup of mix that they have you hold out for this. I didn’t use a pizza stone either. Regular pan worked fine!

Good taste for gluten free crust
I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Even my non-GF family liked it. I was also surprised it was also more like a non-GF pizza dough as you are putting it together. I have previously used Bobs Redmill. So this was really different from Bobs. Bobs is really sticky and hard to manage until you get the hang of it. This was not. It was not nearly as sticky and much more workable. However, it only has instructions for cooking it on a pizza stone - which I did not have prior to getting this dough. I think their cooking directions could have been more flexible. Also, the price was on the higher side. Even with that said, I will be buying it again.

Great for Folks that are GF
Flavor is eh, we made several pizzas and they were fine, GF crust doesn’t aerate like standard crust, I’ve tried several brands and this one I’d use again. GF pricing is always ridiculous.

Easy and fast to make
After finally figuring out that my youngest son has a very sensitivity to gluten and had to figure how to change up our food to keep favorite things he loves. I first discovered Cup 4 Cup brand when I was trying to learn how to make a “flour” I could use in place of regular flour. Came across their pizza crust mix so decided to give it a try. I have used their flour to make my own pizza crust but wanted to give this a try. Easy to mix up my 11 year old son did it himself. It says it makes 2 12in pizza crust. We made 4 personal size pizza crust. They came out really good. Even my oldest liked it. Will buy again for an easy way for my son to make up pizza crust on his own. Cup 4 Cup brand is really good.

Yum! And not so difficult...
Coming back to buy more!I made this yesterday with my 10-year-old daughter. She LOVED making and eating it, as did her BFF. Definitely check out the YouTube video mentioned by another reviewer. They did a few things differently. I followed the directions on the package the first time, but next time will use the video directions to compare. Either way, it's not complicated (10-year-olds did it) and you don't need a pizza stone. As far as value goes, yes, GF products are more expensive. A 10-in GF Domino's pizza with 2 toppings is $14, while this makes 2 12", so the price is not outrageous. Plus, it's a fun family activity that we all enjoyed. Love that the yeast is included.Next time I'll also throw some garlic into the crust ;-)

Absolutely the BEST gf pizza
Without question, my favorite pizza crust! It seems pricey, but for two good size pizzas, it's actually fairly reasonable. There is a bit of an art to making them, don't follow the bag or the video alone, combine them. (Why they are different in the first place is anyone's guess) For the best results, brush *both sides* with olive oil (infused if you're feeling adventurous) and use cornmeal on the bottom. Pizza stone NOT REQUIRED! I always use standard pizza baking sheets and have great results. Parbake for 7 minutes, then top and voila, fantastic pizza.I made this fantastic bruschetta pizza tonight and you'd never have known it was gluten free. Don't judge the wonky edge, I cannot roll anything out in a proper circle, that's my fail not the crusts.
