Not to sure how to review this product. I purchased it to use on our sore shoulders. I put it on my husband's shoulder and it didn't seem to work for him. I saw on the insert that you can use it for lots of pain issues, so I tried it on my lower back where I suffer from arthritis pain. It really did help relieve the lower back pain. I don't know if we just didn't apply it properly to my husband's shoulder. My pain is still diminished immensely after having it off for about 4 days.One thing that isn't mentioned, is how to remove the tape. I'm actually quite frustrated by this because when I tried to gently remove the tape from my husbands shoulder, it tore his skin a bit. I had to google how to remove it, before going any farther. I discovered that to remove the tape, you either soap it up really well and gently remove it or use baby oil. We were able to remove my husband's with baby oil but it was a very slow and painstaking process. Mine removed by soaping it up and gently removing it very slowly.So, I'm pleased that it did help with my lower back pain, I'm disappointed that it didn't seem to help my husbands shoulder but most especially disappointed in the sores it left on my husband's skin and No instructions in the box on how to properly remove the tape.

I was very impressed with the fast delivery and follow up service by HT Services. I tried this tape out immediately on my left knee (following the illustration in the booklet that comes with the tape) and I felt the extra support immediately. I put in 10,000 steps on my job before noon most days and using this tape has really helped.

I was skeptical of using this muscle tape for my Plantar Fasciitis but decided to try it anyway. Even with heel supports I was having pain. After following the instructions I found on Youtube I was able to do a 5K walk with no pain. I did use the heel supports as an added precaution but the tape helped immensely. I plan on using Pink MUSCLE FIX Kinesiology Support Tape during all physical activities such as Zumba and walking.

I am no athlete, my days of sports were many decades ago, but because of a sport I was heavily involved in for years,(skydiving), I ended up after an accident during competition having 17 surgeries over 9 yrs. After multiple hip surgery my right IT band, my left foot, my lower back, and my rt shoulder have been in horrible pain. Its been 24 yrs and it's only gotten worse. I was looking for alternative therapies to IT band release when I read about KT tape. I applied it last night, and for the first time in years I slept through the night! What a pleasure to wake up because of sounds of coffee being made, instead of aching pain. I used to get up 4 times a night to usea rolling pin, or take Aleve. This stuff is amazing.P.S. I watched online videos to learn how to put it on.

I found out about this tape from my physical therapist after a very serious roll over accident and decided to buy some for myself and my wife. This tape seriously works! I put it on my neck and upper back and it has made my days bearable now - it relaxes the tightness in my muscles and allows me to do my exercises every day. My wife, who is a longtime migraine sufferer, was a huge skeptic. I convinced her to put it on her neck and shoulders because every time I would massage her in that area it was like massaging a rock! We put the tape on her in the shape of a large A and a week later she has had NO migraines which is a minor miracle! The tape lasts over 7 days - just cut off the parts that start to peel off each day (which is minimal) and it will last quite a while. If you have any muscle aches or pains I would highly recommend giving this a try but if you are looking to put this anywhere where the tape will be visible, buy the beige tape! We made the mistake of buying the neon yellow because I didn't care (mine is underneath my shirt) but when I put it on my wife, it was above her shirt line and when she goes out in the field to work, she has to remove it.

Awesome! Love that it's precut! Definitely worth the buy if you have muscle pain, or strain. I use these on my ankle that I'd just recently sprained for the second time. I put it on before I play soccer and leave it on for a few days after. Helps relieve some of the pain and soreness. Fast shipping too!

Some people think this tape is pseudoscience, but I swear by it. After I had shin splints for a few days, rather than stopping all activity, I used this tape and everything felt normal. It was a miracle!This tape is strong and supportive, but when wearing it, one can barely feel it there. The beige blends in with most light skin tones and the other colors provide bright accents to stylish color themes while running. Each strip lasted for about 3 day for me, and that includes 3 runs and 3 showers, plus the everyday activity of daily life.If you want extra support or have been having some pain anywhere in your legs, I highly recommend buying this tape.
