Judgment and Decision Making: Psychological Perspectives

I really liked this book that was required for a psychology class. It is easy to read and very interesting.

I think this book is a great overview of the psychology of judgement and decision making. It has been a great refresher for me and something I would consider using as an instructor in the future.

I read this book cover to cover. The book is essentially an upper-undergrad or grad-level textbook on judgment and decision-making (JDM), and has the feel of a detailed literature review. The author is clearly an expert on this topic.The book is best suited for people with some psychology background and a serious interest in this topic. For such readers, this book provides a clear, balanced, and measured treatment of this topic. After reading and absorbing this book, you could go to a JDM conference and reasonably understand and evaluate what people are talking about.General readers will likely find the book to be rather dry and slow going, and would probably be better off with more popularized treatments of this topic.

This is the worst book I've ever had to read, but I have to for a class. Having said that, it is well written just very dry. Not my cup of tea. I'm sorry if you have to read this and it's not something you are truly interested in.

A good summary of the subject. Used for study on doctoral programme. Maybe a bit more on professional judgement- teachers, doctors, lawyers etc

My tutor's book. His lectures are as good as his book. The book very easy to understand. It is written for students. I would recommend to any student!

This was my lecturer's book so a must buy and an interesting read I must say. Worth it
