I loved the color, and the certified organic tag was right there sewn onto the sheets like it should be, but the entire set suffered burn marks after only the initial drying (on the lowest heat setting, mind you). For the price, I expected them to be more durable than that. Anyone who has ever washed a sheet set knows that it is terribly inconvenient to dry an entire set using only the air fluff setting on the dryer with no heat. That is not practical. Again, I loved the color, liked the feel, and the fit of the set was fine, but those burn marks throughout the set after only one wash/dry was enough for me to send them back. Maybe improve that somehow (pre-wash/dry?). Color matched online pics exactly.

Really nice organic cotton sheet set. The fitted sheet fits our 15" mattress. The set was soft after washing and didn't pill. The blue is a beautiful color.Also, unlike other -possibly sketchy - "organic" sets I've purchased that only had GOTS printed on the outside bag, the GOTS label is actually sewn into the Green Farmer sheet. Happy with purchase.

Well, the review asked for light weight and these are not light weight. They're high quality cotton and I couldn't be more pleased. I washed them right away and they came out of the dryer with little to no wrinkles. I used white vinegar as a rinse, so I don't know how they'll do with Bounce or what have you. But they wash awesomely -- with white vinegar. The fit is just right and I bought King Size set. They are soft without being micro-fiber icky soft. I would recommend these sheets to anyone. Perfect fit, washed well, soft and comfortable. I've only washed them once, I know, but I feel confident these sheets will last a long time. Bonus -- the elastic goes all the way around on the bottom sheet, very nice.

UPDATE: Bought July 2017 and they’ve worn thin pretty quickly, specifically a few small tears we noticed while making the bed after washing them. We’ve washed & dried these between 2-3x per month, so washed less than 25x in 6 months. Maybe my expectations are too high but not that long ago I remember having cotton sheets lasting years.Excellent bargain and comfy sheets. Not super thick, a bit thin but durable and easy to wash/toss on the bed. These are the first sheets in a while that stay on the corners of the bed and we've tried a few brands now. Best part, no pilling or micro-dust everywhere we got with the micro fabric sheets. Glad we switched back to cotton and found affordable, well-made sheets. We'll be purchasing more. Thanks!

Never a fan of flat/top sheets, I'm beginning to appreciate them due to climate change. I'd always bought just the fitted sheets and pillowcases, so looked around for flat sheets. I was amazed at how expensive even basic cotton ones are, never mind organic, which is my preference. So I researched and found these. I love the color and jacquard pattern, both true to the photos. I know they seem expensive, but after comparison shopping, they are actually well-priced. That said, I worried when I ordered them because of the reviews that complained of scratchiness. When they arrived (in a really nifty box that I immediately put to use!), I did wash them before putting them on the bed. The cotton is crisp, not a jersey (t-shirt) fabric. This is exactly what I wanted. It's hot in the summer and I wanted sheets that don't cling. They are similar to the sheets we had when living in Europe. I suspect that many sheets that you get in the US have some synthetic fiber added to make them less wrinkly and to feel softer faster than it takes cotton to wear to the softness old sheets have. My research supported that. This brings me to wrinkles. I worried that 100% organic cotton would require ironing. For that reason, I removed them from the dryer immediately and stretched them out on the bed. There was minimal wrinkling. Certainly not enough to necessitate ironing, so that tells me the weave/thread count is excellent. I found the sheets comfortable, and they get more comfortable as I sleep in them. As mentioned, they are a crisp cotton (think summer nightgown or traditional boxers material), so it's not like sleeping in a jersey or microfiber material, but the weave is smooth and I had no problems with scratchiness. I would recommend these as excellent sheets, especially if you are hoping to stay comfortable and want just a light cover in the hotter weather.

I bought these because they are organic and reasonably priced. Did they live up to my expectations? The answer is a resounding eh! They fit very nicely on my king size bed and have helped up very well after about 4-5 washings. My biggest disappointment is that they just aren't as soft as I was hoping for. I know it's a bit harder to to get truly soft sheets when not using synthetic materials, but these have an almost scratchy quality. I was hoping they would soften after a few washes and they did, but not to a level that makes me want to sleep on them. Because of this, I would advise you look elsewhere.

I was so excited to find organic cotton sheets on Amazon and at such a fair price! When they arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful box they were packaged in. I kept the box to reuse for storage in my bedroom! I washed the sheets and put them on my bed and am so happy with how they feel against my skin. My previous sheets were starting to irritate me, as I have extreme sensitivity to many fabrics. As an added bonus, the sheets are lavender in color and by some strange coincidence, that is precisely the color I was looking for. I may buy another set after the holidays.

Scratchy feeling. I should have known immediately after opening, as I can always tell good from not so good fabric. But I fell for the reviews, the lure of organic! And I thought I'd give it a few hot washing machine whirls before rendering a decision.I won't be making this expensive, gullible mistake again!
