Why is it so hard to get buckwheat anywhere?
I'm really surprised at how hard it is to buy buckwheat anywhere, well, I bought it at Amazon in the category of gluten free foods, though for me being gluten free or not does not matter at all, I just like the taste of buckwheat kasha with milk. Unfortunately, this unroasted buckwheat does not have the proper taste as I remember it, it is edible still not really tasty. So, I'll try to consume all the six bags, 500 gr each (Oh no.... crying) but will not buy again.

what's not to like????
I really like this - it's substantial and nutty and filling. It's a great alternative to rice and I microwave it with vegetables and a vine tomato - it soaks up the flavours deliciously. Organic too and good value AND it keeps much better in several smaller packs rather than kilo or two-kilo bags. Buy it!

Bulk purchase at half price
I like the fact that I can buy more than a pack at a discounted price. I used the buckwheat groats for flatbread, overnight cereals, granola and they all turned out very good.

Excellent flavour
Never eaten buckwheat before but advised by nutritionist to use as substitute for rice as it is so nutritious. I was delighted that it tastes great. It is brim- full of amino acids and nutrition and amazed it tastes so nice. Will always use this now instead of rice or pasta.

Fab alternative to wheat
Buckwheat. Who knew? Healthy non wheat alternative to Cous Cous and tastes great. Use as part of a gluten free diet and gives you a bit of welcome variety
