Be careful not to leave it in the hot water too long or it will become unusable. About 8 seconds worked for me. Also you have to do the upper and lower trays separately. If you do them together, they will stick together. If you keep these things in mind they will work well. That said, buy a couple of extras as you might mess up a couple.

Once you can manage to make one that doesn't melt before it can form they hold up. Get the big pack so you have enough to waste when they fall apart and melt (even following the directions perfectly)

I would say this product is not perfect but it depends on a customer. Those customers who had chance to try the trays made in dental office they will not like it, because the material is different, these are thicker than dental office made bleaching trays and are not so comfortable of course. The final result is that there are two options: pay more to dentist and have comfortable thinner trays or pay less and have little bit uncomfortable, thicker but still usable trays.

Hard to fit and bulky. Would not recommend for bleaching.
