It's rare that I'm impressed with a product but I am with this one. I had been searching high and low for something that was sturdy and stable, had a long reach and was easily adjustable. This was my third purchase after having been very disappointed with the previous two (both goosenecks - terrible design, too stiff to manoeuvre and yet too bouncy). My first impression was that this product ticked the box in terms of sturdiness and stability but not reach and adjustability. But after a couple weeks I was surprised to discover that in fact it was able to extend much further and rotate far more than I'd thought - its very sturdiness means that you just have to use a little force. I only have a few niggles with the product. One of the rubber pads on the base is a little misaligned and nothing I do to adjust it works - it doesn't at all diminish the product's useability but I wonder how long the pad will last. Secondly, the plastic T-handle used to the tighten the ball mount on the tablet clamp prevents you from fully rolling the tablet towards the side the T-handle is on. There are tablet holders out there without T-handle screws but they are of the horrible gooseneck variety. I think swing-arm holders require these screws - but they could be positioned further away from the tablet clamp. I have since found one that does - the ZenCT Long Swing Arm Tablet Holder (which also has a whopping 85 cm reach). If my Kolasels tablet holder ever breaks, I'll definitely check out the ZenCT.

Great tablet holder and very good quality clamp that leaves no marks on what you clamp it to!

It's not a bad little rig I needed it to hold small monitor, anything a little more heavy than I have it wouldn't held, I think its about 1or2kg in wait if your wondering, the main support could have be made from something a bit more sturdy or the slot could have been made longer but apart from that I've found it quite good.

Far better than a Swan neck and more practical for an ipad. Good price too.
