I play a lot of tennis and have an issue with my heel that needs to be iced each time I play. These ice packs are small which is perfect for what I need. I keep several of them in my tennis bag and activate one each time—tuck it inside a sock to keep it on my heel and drive home—it stays cold for just long enough to reduce the inflammation. I would definitely order again—have had only one pack that didn’t activate (maybe it got knocked in my bag and I didn’t know it—so was already “used”...) Might not be large enough for bigger icing needs but perfect for me!

I get suvire aches in my head courtesy of shingles. Not fun!I could take a pain medicine but do NOT want to. Have found that putting a cold pac helps and NO side affects. I do work for a wrestling group and I am a trainer for them and use ice packs all the time so I purchased these ice packs at a very good price because I go through them so quickly. Opening them and activating them works easy and has been successful every time. They stay cold for a good 20 minutes

You get what you pay for. More or less it’s just 54 cents a pack. The packs do not get cold enough for serious injuries or aches and pains. If your over heating or have a sore knee really anything mild these will do. In the simplest terms these are a quick relief and would be good for emergencies since its just pinching the pack to activate. But if you need it just for home you’d be better off buying a refillable ice pack and ice trays for your freezer.

They neither get as cold as other ice packs, nor do they stay cold very long. The smaller size is fine, but because of the failings in other areas you go through them twice as fast.

Poor performance - very hard to break open and when done do not get very cold. Sometimes the package breaks open and the chemical leaks out. Ineffective unsafe product. Have a whole box still that won't be used and would like to return 1 box of 50

These nifty IceWraps serve two great purposes: cooling down during summer heat waves as well as cold compress for sprains/injuries. Most recommendations advise not to ice pain areas for longer than 20 minutes, but these ice packs only last for 10-15 minutes so no need to worry about over-icing.

These ice packs are great. I suffer chronic pain and swelling so sometimes on the go ill need some Ice to help calm things down. These work great to just throw it in my purse and go. They get cold quickly and last about 10 minutes
