Flimsy lid but otherwise a lovely box
The box is beautiful and so much tea fits in - it's perfect in that respect. However the lid is very flimsy and a section of the wooden part came undone as soon as I opened it ( slid out and it was not supposed to). I decided to keep the box and use some super glue as apart from that it's a lovely box and sturdy too. The price is quite reasonable in comparison to other boxes on the market.

Very nice product. Had to buy some rubber feet to make it stay put when in use.

Poor quality, ordered this item BUT a toataly different one turned and was broken. Would never but again. Did get a full refund and emails were quick to respond.

Great buy
This tea storage box is well made and the actual internal individual compartments are well sized to fit tea bags both standing up or lying flat. I was unsure initially whether to buy as it seemed quite pricey compared to other similar boxes but took the plunge and I must say I have no regrets. Solved my storage problem and would not hesitate to recommend. Came securely packaged and on time. What more can I say. Delighted.

Very disappointing and a waste of money
What I received is nowhere near the product advertised. First, it's not a magnetic closed lid. The one I got has a pair of brass notches that fit into ill-fitting holes in the base bodywork. These are very tight at the moment making it quite impossible to open without using a knife to lever the lid up, and I can't see these brass knobs lasting long at all.The drawer in the base is not like in the advertised pictures either. Mine is not sealed as shown, instead it has an open hole in it.The finishing on the wood is non-existent. It has dirt oil and grease marks on it like it was never properly finished at all. Even the hinges are not the same quality as the ones shown. It is a very poor alternative.The bonus tea squeezer was also not included.Overall, this is a very poor product, not at all like the one advertised, and nowhere near worth the money.
