Why can’t you ship to CA?

Shipped to me (in CA) no problem, not a fan of the mount so far despite the great reviews for this product. Its too stiff and the locking mechanism is big and stiff as well, I cannot maintain sightline, and switch to or from side with magnifier - I'm looking at replacing the mount with a Samson mount, fantastic personal reviews and small, spring assisted. looks great.

will it line up with a eotech 512

The vortex lines up with my eotech well. The biggest difference between the vortex magnifier and the eotech is the picture window. You definitely have a larger viewing window with the eotech. This does not make a lot of difference at 100 yards and for me, the price of the vortex made it a much better buy than spending another 500 on eotech

Anyone know if this will work with an aimpoint pro optic ???

The Vortex magnifier with the Low swing mount sits approximately 1/8" lower than the PRO. Before an adjustment is made there will be a slight haze at the bottom of the FOV where the magnifier is being intesected by the bottom of the PRO. However, once you adjust the magnifier to center the reticle the sight picture is great!So the answer is yes and no. You will have to tweak it a bit, or run it 2 picatinny slots back in order to get it to line up good.
