Definitely a must read
3am. It seems like our son is always up at 3am crying and we did not know what to do. It was stressing us out, we were losing sleep, and our poor little boy was crying instead of sleeping peacefully. I stumbled upon this book and found a wealth of great advice. It is full of great tips on both how to help and how to cope with a colicky child. This book is definitely a must read if your child suffers from colic.

Any young parent should read this, especially if you think your baby is colic.
I'm surprised this book has a 3 star review. The first sections explaining the difference between a colic baby and just plain irritable I thought was enough to warrant it as a read for any young parent. I'm an older adult and I had no idea what "colic" really means, now I do and have a much better understanding of how to care for or advise younger parents. If anything it gives any parent with a colic baby a realistic appraisal of how to deal with the constant crying and how long to expect the crying to last.

Great Colic Advice
This book is packed with tips to sooth colic in babies and help calm crying babies and the stress in parents that often occurs when dealing with colic. The chapter on how to how to keep sanity with a crying child was especially helpful. This ebook is a must-read for any parent with a baby experiencing colic symptoms.

Not much here.
Very basic knowledge here, nothing more than I'd get from my mother.

Wish I had read it 7 months earlier!
I don't really like to review things but I loved this book so much I made an exception. I LOVED this book. It is written by a pediatric gastroenterologist and he basically helps you realize that there is no such thing as colic. Don't be discouraged, he lets you know that now they realize most "collicky" babies are struggling from reflux. He helps you understand what the symptoms look like and the degrees of reflux. He also breaks down the physiology of it and gets rid of some myths that go along with reflux. He also goes into the treatments for it. It is such an honest book about what it is like to have a baby with reflux and answers all your questions! I really just wish I had read it 7 months earlier.
