Great, but very heavy
That is a great quality coper bottom sauted pan and it is heavy, too heavy: my husband complained despite there is a stick and a handle to carry it from the stove to the table. It is not easy to handle, but it cooks fast, uniformly, and it does not need too much oil to cook. The pan is a try ply, which means 3 layers of metal combined into 1. In fact it is perfect to conduct heat, and it is safe. Easy to clean too. The lid is 11' round and made of good quality stainless steel. Very happy

Great value, QC and shipping may need improvement
The first pan I believe was damaged in shipping. It shipped in just its bare packaging, there was no bubble wrap inside or bigger second box to really stop it from sliding around, and there was basically a small hole in the box from where I assume the handle slammed into the sides. Also the lid was missing, so it was a bummer. After returning it and getting a second one delivered though, everything was much better. This time it was packed into two boxes with some padding added, seemed to have prevented too much trouble. Handle is secure and not wobbly at all, no dents or dings, I'm satisfied. Also a lid was included thankfully.First impressions: Damn this looks good but holy cow it is heavy. The copper layer is real and substantial enough to give this quite a bit of weight. It's heavy enough that some people will miss the lack of helper handle, but I don't plan on pouring much from this beast so the lack of helper handle or flared rims is not a deal breaker personally. If you are concerned about the weight, simply get the fry pan instead.Performance was damn good. This heats about as even or more than my All-Clad MC2 pan, and that pan is already way up there in performance with ~3.5mm of aluminum. This is already surpassing the standard D3/D5 All-Clad lines as an example. Also the pan heats up pretty quickly, for most foods pure medium is all you would need. Would not excessively pre-heat this pan empty, maybe no more than a minute flat and get some oil in already. Too much heat on copper while the pan is empty is not great as a general rule. The included lid is fine and works decently. It does not feel as premium as the pan though, seems to just be thinner Stainless Steel. Not a big deal but if curious, I would say every lid I've tried from All-Clad, Sardel, Cuisinart, etc feel more premium than this lid. Not sure if durability will be an issue if it drops, but I have other lids that still fit this pan in case the included lid ends up too beat up.So yeah took a leap of faith but the pan is legit. I like cooking in it and it's significantly cheaper than the comparable options, with very strong performance you usually can't get at this price point. They may need to work on packaging and shipping a bit better, but those concerns aside this cooks so damn well and is a real diamond in the rough.

Amazingly even heat, wish it had a helper handle
I love this saute pan. We have a copper clad all clad saute pan I compared it against, and the heat was much more even, and it spread the heat from my small simmer burner equally across the pan, which none of my large pans have been able to do so far. It does take more time to heat up and cool down, but that will happen when you have 1.5mm of copper and 1.5mm of aluminum under the under stainless. I actually measured the copper thickness with my dial calipers, and it was right around 1.5mm, so it isn't a sales gimmick either.I do wish it had a helper handle. My all clad is probably 2/3 the weight, and I use the handle all the time on it, and this oan is even heavier! Some other people complain about the outside clean, or it looking like stainless instead of copper, but it is just the heat discoloring the surface. Give the outside of the pan a good wipe down with Barkeepers Friend and it looks just like new.

Pretty good pan for the money
Likes:-Heat is distributed very evenly over the surface of the pan and it's reasonably responsive to changes of the burner setting on my gas stove, although it's not quite as responsive as some other higher-end copper cookware.-The lid fits well and is useful.-When the copper is polished, it's some very pretty cookware and looks nice hanging up in my kitchen. (Caveat:Copper is reactive and develops a patina quickly, so just know up front that if you're the sort of person who has to have it looking shiny, there will be maintenance involved to keep it polished.)-At just shy of $110 (U.S.), the price is right. Comparable cookware with a 1.5 mm copper layer is crazy expensive. This pan is very reasonably priced in comparison.-All metal, so it can go straight from the stove top to the oven. I've done this to sear a steak and finish in the oven and it worked well.-This is not shown in the photos on the Amazon listing, but the pan that I received has a helper handle. This is a heavy pan and, so, the helper handle is an important feature that improves the usability of the pan.Dislikes:It's a really heavy pan and the design of the main handle could be improved for better handling. Although it has a helper handle, when you're doing a task that requires holding the main handle in one hand and tilting the pan while using a spoon/spatula in the other hand to get food out of the pan and onto a plate, it's a challenge. The rounded handle wants to torque in your hand. If the handle was more flat and the pan weighed a bit less, those tasks would be easier to do.Cleaning the stainless steel cooking surface to get it back to it's original shiny look requires some elbow grease if you happen to get a bit of butter or oil up to the smoke point and stuck on the surface, but that's generally true of stainless steel and not something specific to this pan. Basically, just be aware that this is not a non-stick pan and set your expectations accordingly.

Excellent product at the price!
The pan had a stain in the copper layer, but it disappear at soon as the third use. It is an excellent pan to use and to show.

It’s alright
Could’ve been packaged better, my pan was dented slightly in a few spots. But pan heats evenly and well.
