Product works great love it 100%. Had mine for just under 2 years and all of a sudden the heat cut off. Okay, these things happen in life, right? So next day I called them as there is a 2 year warranty. Tara could not be easier toward with, she asked me to cut the wire about an inch from where it is coming out and send a pic with the serial number/model number and where cord was cut. This was on a Wednesday. That evening I sent her the picture and the next day i got a shipment confirmation. Today is Sunday and the replacement already arrived. Now this is what I call exceptional Customer Service! For this alone I will look to see what other products they offer. So nice for a company to stand behind what they sell 100% of the time. Thank you.

This little machine is awesome. My kids clothes look professionally pressed. It is small, but I prefer it compact for easy lifting and storage. The steamer will easily press shirts and pants. Larger items like duvets and table clothes would be a challenge. Overall it's a great buy!

Like many others I’ve also Purchase this with high hopes, I had gotten it for my girlfriend’s work. But unfortunately, after a little use, it has just randomly stopped working for me. My girlfriend was very satisfied with it before it stopped, it was small but a good size for her to use but after a short while it just died on us. We wont be buying or supporting steam fast ANYMORE. Unless I get our situation figured out. I’ve seen a lot of the other users have also had this problem with this specific product where the light indicates it’s on but has no function. I hope to have everything resolved and I would like to mention I have a bigger better model I use longer than the sf-623 that’s fine still after a couple years. The first press is honestly what made me confident to buy this one for my girl but unfortunately our model SF - 623 just isn’t for us working anymore. I had her read the manual and she did everything that was instructed, I really don’t know what could’ve went wrong. If anyone reaches out with an update I will definitely re review this product.

I debated on buying this for months, read and reread the reviews and wondered if ironing was really the at bad, and whether this would help me get through ironing my clothes quickly and/or skipping the dry cleaners going forward. As other reviewers have noted, it is much smaller than you envision, and at first I questioned whether to even turn it on and try it because the size was so small (see pic for reference, I have small hands). I have had a basket full of “needing to be ironed” clothes, holiday table cloths, cloth napkins and linen bags I had washed and dried and had been avoiding like the plague. Clearly I have enough clothing otherwise as this pressing event turned out to be more than 60 items! As you can see in one of the pictures, I ran out of hangers and had to drape the items over a chair. The Results: I managed to press all of them (relief!) in about 20% of the time I would have had to iron them by hand previously. YES, as others have commented, getting collars or any capped sleeves or decorative waists that are bunched to come out crisp and perfectly pressed can be difficult as compared to an iron, but I managed to get them done by stretching the fabric over the bottom plate, or maneuvering it creatively. Luckily, I am short, so my shirts and pants were not overly large compared to the pressing plates - IF you wear a L/XL or will be pressing clothing items of that size regularly, I would absolutely pay the extra $100 and get the larger unit. I don’t normally iron with every load of laundry, but if I did, I could see the 2 inch smaller width and 5 inch smaller length on this unit becoming annoying and regretting my purchase. For me, this will work and the steam function/cotton setting covered a variety of fabrics just perfectly! Overall, definitely a savings from having things pressed or dry cleaned, a big time saver over ironing, and once you get the hang of it, very easy to use. I have it four stars because the price of the unit for the size is not ideal. Also, as others have stated, it does make those loud, steam pop noises on occasion, which hopefully will not be an issue later. Check out the photos for more info.

Great value for the money. Works exactly as expected. Have only had for a week but so far so good.

I bought this thinking it would turbocharge ironing and starching my button-down shirts. It works but I'm not convinced it's really faster. I'm sure there are many uses for this, especially if you sew. I think the size being small compared to the commercial ones is partly why it's not more handy.

The steamer works as it should. Use protective gloves because it is very hot..

I received my press and am THRILLED!! I make costume and uniforms for cocktail waitresses. When I am working on multiple uniforms, it can be tedious to iron on interfacing on 20 or more outfits! Using the press takes less than a 3rd of the time, and is SO EASY! I haven't used the steam much yet, but I am certain it will serve me well!!

I am an avid sewer, along with quilting and machine embroidery. This steam press makes it so much faster and easier when pressing large pieces of fabric. The steam option helps get out those annoying wrinkles. I have also used it for adding iron-on stabilizer or batting. Very seldom use my regular steam iron. I have it set up for easy access. Although with the handle it is very easy to move when needed. Highly recommend.

Awful. It becomes very hot and starts releasing fumes. Looks dangerous I was waiting for the response; can you please replace it. Its not working since February 2024

Perfect for adhering interfacing which can be such a tedious job otherwise
