I've been wanting a Turkish towel for ages and was initially put off by the price. But I took the plunge and couldn't be happier. They are light weight--like a thin dish towel, but amazingly absorbent. Much better than the traditional thick looped towel. Plus because they are so thin, they dry much much faster. I may go back to my heavier towel in the winter, but for now in summer, the Bersuse towel is the perfect weight.Also, I'm not exactly a little bitty thing, and even after washing and a very minor bit of initial shrinkage, this towel is plenty big to fit around me with room to spare.I particularly like this brand because they seem to be of really good quality. You can often tell by the packaging and the label whether the company is mindful of quality.I had to buy another for my husband because he was jealous. I have a feeling there will be more purchased in my future. Maybe a rainbow of colors!

I've always hated fuzzy towels & after long hard research, was finally introduced to Turkish towels.I knew these would not be fuzzy, but there is a difference between fuzzy versus soft. These towels are not soft at all & after several washes, still did not soften.When compared to all other types towels: terrycloth, microfiber, waffle - I'd give these 4 stars, simply due to not having fuzz. But in comparison to other Turkish towels, I give these 1 star. I recently purchased the Calcala brand on Amazon & those are friggin amazing, soft & absorbent, much better than the Bersuse.I do appreciate what the Bersuse brand stands for, they promote authentic handmade products, however, they attached a rather large Bersuse label to the front of the towel (in additional to the washing care label on the back) which gives it a very designer, mass-produced look. I dont think it was necessary to slap a scratchy label onto an already scratchy towel.

I've been looking for Turkish towels for quite some time and finally found the pure white ones here. I purchased just one to make sure I liked it. I'm already a big fan of these wonderful towels however I know the quality varies greatly. I didn't want to write a review until I washed it as that's the true test. Well, it's great. Soft and light (which is one of the reasons it's so good). These are the best towels and are incredibly absorbent. Not sure why everyone doesn't know about them. They are my bath towels (nice and big) at home but they're even better for the beach, yoga class, etc. Also, works fabulously as a sarong. I just purchased 2 more! This company also has wonderful customer service and very eager to please their customers.

These are so lovely that I'm not at all sorry I accidentally ordered two sets. If you're accustomed to big, fat, fluffy towels that are "thirsty," yet take forever to dry, you may find these a bit disconcerting at first. Though they are definitely thinner than you may be used to, they are surprisingly absorbent, due to their special weave. That they dry fast and take up less room in the linen closet only adds to their appeal. As with all towels, *avoid* using fabric softener sheets with these towels so as to maintain their ultimate absorbency.

These are beautiful! They are as described and of very nice quality. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the reviews were so good I decided to try them. I knew I wanted certain colors in the classic stripe and I wanted the twisted and tied fringe ends. Having loose fringe would have driven me crazy, lol. I was impressed with the color selection and ordered the 6 pack, then messaged the seller to ask them to include certain colors. They replied within 2 hours, telling me what colors were currently available and I selected from that. They confirmed they had them promptly. The towels arrived before the estimated arrival date. I followed the suggestions offered here, in reviews, to soak them in vinegar and water overnight, then launder. They did arrive with a pervasive incense odor, but the laundering took that out. They dried smooth and flat with little to no lint in the trap. I find no imperfections in them and they are as described. Overall a good experience. The weight of the fabric is similar to a plain woven non-terry dish towel, Someone mentioned in a review on Amazon that they weren't sure they were cotton [might have been another product]. but these are very clearly cotton. They are really quite nice and extremely soft. Yes, you could use them for a very lightweight throw.

Love this towel, it's my first of this kind but I have no intentions of trying any other brand!It is exactly as described and works great, I love that it doesn't pull on my hair when tied up to dry, like normal heavier towels!Super absorbent as well!

Like other reviewers have said, these are thin and dry super fast, which is great. But they also hold a remarkable amount of moisture, which comparable to my fluffy beach towels, but they dry so much faster when you hang them. Perfect for travel or boating. I also use it as a sarong after swimming. Very soft. Nice quality.

I couldn't be happier with my Bersuse Turkish towel purchase. They are colorful, lightweight, & quick to wash & dry. I have them in a basket for guest to use at our beach house for the shower instead of typical heavy towels. Also use them for light throws on cool summer nights! Beautiful fun colors, great quality, easy grab & go for travel. I keep one in my travel bag at all times. You won't be disappointed!
