I have these in a few rooms plus I have alexa. They install easy and they work with the smart life ap as well. Everyone has the same problem of not enough plug sockets in their house and these work great. Using the ap you can set a timer on each individual socket.I would recommend these for anyone who is disabled,no more bending down or trying to sort plugs out.I'm disabled myself and have arthritis in my hands, these are a godsend, particularly on days I'm not feeling too good. I can control what goes on and off, whenever I want, from anywhere in the house, with either a touch of my phone or I just tell Alexa.

Brilliant power strip, works perfectly and had no problems setting it up on a Sky Wi-Fi router just make sure your quite a distance away from your router when you set it up otherwise it will pick up the 5ghz frequency and won't work but the further away from the router you are the 2.4ghz will kick in and you should be fine, alternatively turn off 5ghz in your router settings, setup the power strip then turn 5ghz back on again and it will work fine, once setup, the power strip can then be placed as close to or as further away from the router as needed. Each socket can be individually controlled and set with a timer but the two USB ports can only be controlled simultaneously. I've used this with both the Smart Life App and Alexa and both work fine. Delivery was on time and packaging was fine.

I bought this for the lamps in my bedroom as I have mobility problems. I'm finding it increasingly difficult to get around and have been sleeping with the lamps on, not being able to access the switches. My son plugged it in and left me to set it up. It came with a booklet with QR codes for the app and the instructions that you need to use it. Very straightforward and easy to do, it was up and running in about 10 minutes. This has been a godsend, I no longer have to struggle to switch my lamps on and off, all I have to do is ask Alexa to switch them on and Bob's your uncle! You can also use the app if you haven't got an echo device. Very sturdy and well made, I highly recommend this.

bought this for my Son's bedroom as he falls asleep with his lamp on plus various other gadgets. Now I can just ask Alexa to turn of whichever gadgets he's left on from my bed. I have seen on other reviews that it's not possible to turn off individual sockets with Alexa, this is not true, you can turn off whichever socket you wish plus turn off the whole power strip. Set up was easy, took just a few minutes.

Bought this because i needed something that will automatically turn off appliances but didn't want to spend to much. This is very easy to install and setup. So far it has worked well for me and idk how I've never looked into using one of these before.

The app setup makes it very easy to get started using straight away and I recommend doing that first. if you using Google assistant or Alexa... setup smartlife app first then link the app to the smart speaker. Make sure you name the adapter and sockets excitedly the same names on both apps, and it will work perfectly although you can edit after if needed.Thank you.

Had lots of trouble connecting to the router. Got there in the end but I won’t get those hours wasted back. Once connected it’s a good bit of kit and works well. Recommended if you have the patience with getting it to connect

I purchased this item in April 2020, however in October 2020 the third plug point socket (on the far right of this review's photo) has stopped functioning properly. The socket works, but the internet control switch no longer works, which defies the whole point of my purchasing nthis device. Only two of the sockets and the dual USB charge points are controllable now. What a shame! :(
