DECORAPORT Horizontal LED Bathroom Mirror with Infrared Sensor 24x32 in Vertical Wall Mounted Lighted Vanity Silvered Mirror (A-N031-G)

Purchased these for our bathroom remodel. After two months we are finally at a point to install these two mirrors. These mirrors were packaged nicely, easy to install and hook up. They look great and function nicely. The downside is the quality control. Both mirrors have black lines and spots around the front outer edge behind the glass that looks horrible. I would have rated them 5 stars but the blemishes are an eyesore. Buy with caution.Update: A few weeks after this review one of the two lights when out will not turn on. Red light button does not light and when pressed nothing happens. Would not purchase again.

It cams damaged and now the one light stopped working. I could over look the tiny corner damage because it wasn’t packaged properly but the fact that I’ve only been using these in my newly remodeled bathroom for a month and now the one won’t respond to touch to turn on, is unacceptable and you’re saying I can’t return. I wouldn’t recommend this product. Not happy.

Just look at the pictures -:)Only critique might be that it's a little too bright.Does anyone know if a dimmer would work with this?

The five stars are given to the customer service and the shopping experience with Decoraport. I had to return the mirror because the size is a bit over. Unfortunately, the package was damaged during the transit and FedEx dumped the mirror!! They dumped the 800 dollars mirror without a single word of notice until I called in one month later yet did not get much help. The seller then helped deal with FedEx and ended up they lost the mirror and paid the refund to me. During the entire process of purchasing and returning, Decoraport had been very responsive and helpful.I gave five stars to the other mirror I ordered from Decoraport which is a smaller vertical LED lighted medicine cabinet mirror. It is beautiful and well made. It gives a nice storage and style to the bathroom without any other shelves or drawers. With the hidden light inside the cabinet, it is very pleasant to look at the inside items stored. I want to thank Decoraport for such neat product and thoughtful customer services. I definitely chose Decoraport again in the future if I ever need to buy a mirror. I absolutely will recommend it to friends and families. They have a huge collection for choosing. I can say they are high-quality products at least the two I ordered are. They are really nice to be installed in new modern Miami style condo. I believe it will be great for any style of spaces.

Do NOT spend the extra money on the defogger or bluetooth version. Mirror is beautiful and the led lights are a great addition but....The defogger only creates a line down the middle that is still slightly foggy. A big disappointment. On top of that bummer my sucky android speaker plays music as loud as this mirror if not louder. I was probably better off buying a separate product for music. I was really hopeful this "great" mirror was going to live up to its hype. Not quite...🤷🏽‍♀️

Light was the only reason I bought this mirror. The light button built into the mirror was flimsy to begin with, had to tap it multiple times to get the mirror light to come from day one. One fine day, it completely stopped working. All I have now is a mirror with the light button glowing red. Nothing happens no matter how many times you tap the light button.

Just got my item and the quality of the mirror is very good also the light is very bright it actually lights up my entire bathroom which is not very big but not too small. I give it a 4 star because the touch feature sometimes doesn’t work and I find myself touching it 2 and 3 times but it’s not a huge deal it’s only sometimes. Also i initially wanted to install this mirror horizontally but when I received it I noticed it was not possible since the mounting bracket only allows you to mount it vertically so I had to make some arrangement with my existing bathroom light in order to mount it this way but it actually came out nice so also not a big deal so if you are buying this to mount it horizontally then get something else because it’s not possible.

The mirror is lovely and hangs easily, although it is not extremely bright. My criticism has to do with having the unit shipped with a wiring diagram that seems to refer to an earlier model. Then I spent a day attempting to wire it with no success before discovering that the mirror had shipped with a loose connection in the wiring box. Customer service did try to help but was slow enough that I discovered the loose connection before they could help me resolve the problem.

I hear constant static? sound coming out from the mirror.
