the remote is useless except for turning the whole thing on or off
i would not buy this again if given the opportunity. the remote is useless except for turning the whole thing on or off, volume does nothing. i can't set my phone in the little grooved out area because some part makes my phone dial the last number called, every 10 minutes or so. the overall size is way too big. i just wanted some easy access tunes while i cook, this was not the solution i was seeking.

I purchased this docking station got my husband. He LOVES it. It is portable enough to take room to room or outside on the patio.

Great item but hardly a charge
This item is very handy and for it's size offers incredible audio. My only complaint is that the charge itself isn't very credible. Don't buy this item if you're looking for surround sound or if you're expecting it to be an iphone audio dock. This item gets the job done but isn't handy if you're on the go. Charge your phone and listen to some tunes.

Rubbish
Although claimed to be compatible with 'All Android phones' it simply does not work with either of ours. It relies on the successful installation of an app (why?) for most of it's functions to operate. For some reason, after repeated attempts, the app does not load correctly and the dock will not recognise our phones. A waste of time and money.

Short and straight to the point. The remote doesn't work! the sound is nice, no complaints with that but I can't use for phone, during playback the phone rings, when I answer they can't hear me, I can hear them through the speaker but cannot respond back. that's one of the main reasons I chose this product. Very disappointed with this purchase!!

Im becoming a fan of Hale products
Excellent sound throughout the spectrum. Shipping and packing were 1st class. It arrived on time. Only one minor negative was the large footprint of the device. The sound is really great. An excellent price for this quality player. Highly recommended to most.

The connectors are much too firm and it takes a bit of work to get both sides plugged in and seated into the cradle without something getting unplugged. Would prefer normal cords.

easy to hook up speaker
Exactly what I was looking for, easy to hook up speaker, at a party anyone can hook their phone up to it. Mobile enough to move around rooms or down to a pool party.
