Waste of money
Very disappointing bought 2nd April by 9th June unable to download any books,product became useless.After contacting Kobo, they refused any responsibility and passed the blame to Amazon.Kobo produce the products Amazon are only the distributors.Come on Kobo get you act together why sell products that you know are going to be obsolete.I’m giving it one star because I can’t give my opinion without rating.

Easy to set up with a good range of books at reasonable prices and is good as an ordinary tablet.

Fantastic tablet!
I bought the Kobo Arc 16gb in black from W H Smith a few days ago, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! It does exactly what I want it to do and more. The colour touch screen is vibrant and very responsive. Reading my books on it is an absolute pleasure. The battery life is impressive, lasting for hours. With access to the Google Play Store at the touch of an app to access so many books, apps, music and video, what more could you want? I am so glad I purchased the Kobo Arc, I absolutely love it! Believe it or not, I own the Nexus 7 as well, but for me, the Kobo Arc is far superior in every way. Would recommend this product to anyone, go buy one today, you won't be disappointed!

Fab Tab
After weeks of research trying to decide which tablet to go for I choose the kobo arc and I am so glad I did. Since the recent update to jelly bean 4.1 you can now get BBC iplayer on it as well which was the only thing I felt was missing that I couldn't access.In additon now having Google voice search is another bonus. Watching TV and films is great on this device and the colour is brilliant. It is everything I could want in a table. Highly recommended.

Brilliant!
I previously had the Kobo Vox which worked great. I upgraded to the Kobo Arc which is even better. It is so easy to use and set up. Its amazing how many apps, books, films and music I can take on holiday with me. The quality of playback on videos and films is brilliant. I have also found Kobo's customer service to be excellent. My husband has the Kobo Touch but is now considering the Arc after seeing mine. Well done Kobo.
