Better Homes and Gardens Blender Cook Book Hardcover – April 1, 1971

This is a "back in the day" cookbook (around 1970s). I had a copy back then and didn't have a blender for a long time, got rid of book. I got a blender recently and found that, as far as I can tell, blender cookbooks today focus almost exclusively on drinks, smoothies, etc. I remembered a couple of recipes from this book (which runs the gamut of appetizers, soups, main dishes, etc.) and wanted it again. There is a great recipe for blender white bread which requires no kneading. I highly recommend this cookbook if you want to so more with your blender than make smioothies and the like.

There are a lot of good recipes in the book. All kinds of food can be made in a blender

I understand this cookbook came out in 1971, however I didnt realize the NEW copy I ordered was ACTUALLY 47 years old. I took it out of its packaging, opened it, and all the yellowed pages promptly fell out. Total waste of money.

An excellent looking copy and exactly just what I was searching for to replace the same issue of this book that I had lossed years ago.
