A Disco-Era Classic
I liked all but two songs on this CD. I had to give it 5 stars, because its style epitomizes the heart and heyday of the 70's disco wave. In order to render this album its due, one must allow for the jaded bias which can result from the overplay the main track "Disco Inferno" has gotten over the years since the movie, and soundtrack to, "Saturday Night Fever" was released. With that signature song, the Trammps became permanently identified with disco ... for better for worse ... richer or poorer ... 'till ...

Safe delivery
It arrived with another cd I was looking forward to listening to and they didn't disappoint. Packaging was solid and nothing broke or cracked in transition. Usually when there are two cds mailed together in the same package, if there is nothing cushioning them separately, there will be cracks or small broken pieces. In this case there were none. Thank you.

Not what I expected at all!
The item arrived on time. Was not the original music or vocals. Sounded like someone or a group covered the music and vocals. Selling it as the Trammps original work.

GREAT SERVICE
This CD arrived faster than the estimated delivery date. This vendor also has a newspaper catalog that they sent me through the mail. I had forgotten some the Trammps hits and this was definitely a good buy. This is an excellent starter for any novice Trammps buyer.

Sounds hotter than ever!
This classic disco album from the Trammps is so hot you can almost feel the heat- every track is burning with fire and rhythm to the 1970's disco sound but the songs have real soul too.The original vinyl LP's of the period sounded excellent due to very good recording techniques but the CD format has really lifted the sound to new heights. With some of the finest musicians in Philadelphia providing the superb orchestral backing to the strong vocals of the Trammps,the entire album just blazes along to some of the finest disco beats ever recorded.The title track is the full length disco version and is worth the price of the CD alone.This is the original Disco Inferno album and not the compilation version of the same name which is available elsewhere on Amazon. I would buy this CD now as this type of album may not be around for ever and for lovers of 1970's disco/rhythm and soul this is one of the best available right now.The sound is crystal clear and it could have been recorded yesterday it sounds so good. Stereo channel separation is excellent and the liner contains all the original artwork.This is a terrific CD so dust off your old flared trousers and boogie on down to the fabulous beats of the Trammps at their very best.

Habe die CD eigentlich nur wegen 1 Lied gekauf.
Der Rest gefällt mir nicht so gut, aber ich kannte die Band vorher nicht. Ganz in Ordnung so weit. Discomusik eben.
