Amazing flavor
Wrapped nicely and even get a letter telling you the freshness is real and this cheese was cut only upon order. Label was concerning at first. Said Provolone not sharp provolone. But no worries the second I cut into the package, oh that smell of sharp provolone perfume the air immediately. Flavor texture, perfect! So happy with order. Will get again!

It definitely is sharp
It's just what I like. A nice sharp,dry provolone that is aged well. It came in a good time frame. I'll order from this purveyor again. No complaints.

Tasted like Swiss cheese
Not sharp at all. Tasted like Swiss cheese. They said it's imported . Don"t know from where.The shipping alone will give you a bad taste in your mouth.To bad I ordered it.Guess i'll have go back north to get sharp cheese.Good thing I diden't want extra sharp, I would of received american cheese

Being a Sicilian I can truly give a honest review if this product. The provolone is original and truly Italuan quality., thus chess is the real thing. I’ll buy it again and again from this seller. It arrived well cold packed and 2 day air the sellers know what they are doing.
