Great For Hiding Manboobs
As a bigger guy, I get self conscious about my chest. I get a lot of compliments when I wear this shirt. It not only holds your stomach in, but it does a great job for your chest too.

Does not work
I am sorry but this shirt does not offer any compression for gynecomastia. It is basically just an undershirt.
