It has lots of torque and is alot of fun to ride. I've had it about a week but now it has electrical problems. Delay when you hit the throttle and the brake sticks. Also the throttle stutters, i.e. it just stops and starts when you're riding. Probably not a good idea to get one of these scooters.edit: their customer service has made a decent attempt, but they can't seem to figure out what's wrong with the scooter. Big waste of my time.Edit: check the tire pressure immediately when you receive it. The front tire was flat when I received it, so I filled the tire and it was completely flat in one week. The tire was defective.Edit: I returned the scooter to the seller and they "fixed" it and sent it back. Same problem, nothing was fixed. Two months and I haven't been able to use the scooter, and still no refund.Edit: finally got a refund by filing a claim through amazon. What a useless company.

After extensive research on electric scooters, the fact is that Dualtron is probably the best quality among all others. However, if you wanted to buy one, you’ll need to accept some facts first.First of all, your scooter may be defective out of the box like mine did (stem wobble, unrideable) and not something an average person can repair due to not having the tools. Dualtron doesn’t offer any technical support or repair. You’ll be on your own to deal with the seller. I’ve called Minimotor USA in Los Angeles, and they flat out told me that there will be no support and I have to deal with Amazon seller. After spending over 4k for what’s essentially a vehicle, it’s very disappointing to find out that there are no official support from MinimotorUSA.2. Parts looks like they are high quality aluminum alloy. It should be very light weight, which is good. However, very fragile if you ever need to work on it, and you will in the future. If anything breaks or bends, I don’t know where can you get replacement parts. Which makes the scooter useless.3. It’s bigger than it looks in video or pictures. Good that you’ll be able to place your foot anywhere because the deck is really wide. However, if you have a smaller trunk it’ll be very difficult to transport.Anyways that’s all what I can think of right now. Currently working with Amazon to get a replacement or refund, Amazon support has been very helpful even though this is bought via third party seller. I’ll post updates in the future. Realmente fue un fracaso. En la primera semana se dañó el motor la 2ª luces y así sucesivamente' en otras palabras fue un fraude

People who wrote a bad review on this scooter must have gotten a fake one. Because they are not sold on Amazon. I would recommend getting it from ryddo.com. If you do have any problems they will take care of you. Many people have high miles on their dualtron. I love mine and don't see any problems happening besides break pads and things of this caliber. Buy from ryddo.com they are mini motors usa. I would stay away from anyone on here because they are not sold on here.

Super fun every time. Maybe too much power. Rugged as every part is made for the intended purpose.Consider buying a good full face helmet and gloves as it’s a bit motorcycle like.
