Consistency of final product
Nice and easy to use. Produces a uniform product. You still need to decarboxilate in the oven first but instruction are excellent quality

Poor
The machine advertised isn’t the one I was sent... it actually doesn’t work either! When communicating with the seller, there customer service is extremely poor! I wouldn’t buy anything off them again

The company directors are ignorant.
Machine was bought in May 2020, I received it, as new one month later. In June 2020.From a friend.I Used it once. It seemed to work. There is a two year warranty period.Second time I used it eight months later, nine months after original purchase, the metal blade inside, which whirrs around had stopped moving. So sent magical butter an email. Woman named Kendra, in the USA responded, said she would put me in touch with their UK reseller, called Nathan White, who is based in Queensland Australia.Machine is manufactured in China.Nathan initially told me that I should send him the original receipt, to be covered under the manufacturers warranty. There is no repair service in the UK.I got the Reciept off my friend, and sent it to Nathan. He then, said that was not enough, and the person who bought the machine must get in touch with him.99 out of 100 companies would just have honoured the warranty, with the receipt. But Nathan White and Magical Butter did not.My friend, the original purchaser has sent Magical Butter many emails asking where to send it back, and they have simply ignored them all. In an obvious cheap effort to get out of honoring the warranty. So if you get this given as a gift, the company directors think they should be allowed to void the warranty. Someone in authority needs to step in with ignorant companies like this, and penalise them.I notice some other reviews stating that they seem to be wilfully misinterpreting UK consumer rights.Reported to UK Trading standards.
