The company sent me an email after I purchased this product and I indicated there was a problem pairing it. Said Amazon would work with me to replace the product. Nothing happened. Again, after several more attempts I got it pair. The ad says effective E-Collar up to 1800FT Remote Range. This is false advertisement. Effective maybe up to 30 ft.. The beep setting is too faint to be effective. It's not reliable on the shock setting. My dog was running away, tried the shock - nothing. Only works if I am within 10 feet,,,,maybe. The vibrating setting is effective if the collar is tight enough. I wanted to teach my dog on off leash, but I can't do it because I can't rely on the E-Collar. Gloria

When I bought this it was for a backup for our old one cause it appeared to be on the fritz. So none the less it sat in its box unused for about 4 or 5 months. When I first unboxed it i was extremely happy with it, the battery had an amazing life and we could go 3 plus weeks without having to charge it. But after only 3 months of use it won’t even hold a charge for an whole day. So I guess if your looking for something for short term this is for you otherwise avoid.

This is a great collar. My dog usually responds right away to the tone in order to correct unwanted behaviors. I rarely have to use the vibration or shock. I really like the way the remote is set up. Easy to use. I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

this is a great, great product my dog has made such a drastic change in behavior. I did try it on myself to see the amount of pain I was giving to my dog before just throwing it on him. Really don't need to use shock mode unless they are locked in on something or someone and not responding. Only thing be aware that it can burn your dog. Not sure if I put it too tight, not sure if it was something else. BUT My dog did get burned on his neck :(.

Excellent, just a couple of medium jolts and problem was fixed. Works well, very easy to use and is an excellent trading tool and our dog is stubborn.

Battery life is not that great. Noise and vibration works well. Shock does not work that great.

Worked well for the first 6 months. Now it randomly shuts off. Then it will randomly turn back on. When it works, it did what it was supposed to do. The vibrate feature didn't have an effect on my dog but the audio and/or an light shock did the trick every time.

Works great, we only use it at 15% and our dog gets the message quickly
