I figured it be a stiff leather. Not bad for the price. It last me a project. The ratchet pocket beds alit started to deteriorate but overall for the price is not bad

Needs better quality snaps
The tape measure holder snap came apart right off the bat. Its thick enough and seems durable.

My hammer and holder broke in the first week of use but all is good with everything else.
