I used a serving everyday for a month with my ketogenic diet and didn't notice any benefits in my energy or health or weight loss. If anything it made me retain more fluid because my legs were more swollen than usual.

I tried their old product and for some reason I think it was better. I’m also using different one that put me faster in ketosis.I like this product, great flavor, just little pricey!

I could get through the first drink the taste was so horrible.

I was skeptical at first but my buddy assured me that I will feel much better after taking this supplement. I have always experienced some type of discomfort when transitioning back into ketosis, even if I have been in ketosis for a while and just had a cheat meal (day).The flavor is ok (I've tried worse), and the effects on my blood tests an hour later proved this does what it say. I was in a moderate state of ketosis after only an hour after taking.I would recommend for anyone sensitive to transitioning to fat adaptation or just need a boost if you are deep into keto.

I use this to combat fatigue and brain fog. Quality product.
