I FEEL BLESSED by this opportunity to renew my subscription !!
I'm truly delighted to have subscribed again, at long last, to ยซ VICTORIAยป ; it's such a lovely, gentle magazine... The price of postage abroad: to Ireland for me, (for the paper edition), is the cause of my having lost touch with it. Although I still prefer the paper edition I CERTAINLY FEEL BLESSED having the possibility now to receive it in it's also so attractive digital edition-and thus forgo the dispatch expenses!!-my preference for the paper edition just being that I could leave the magazine visible on a table, an armchair...walk in to the room where I had left it and feel uplifted by just seing it!! :) To balance this loss... I can feel good by not contributing to the destruction of forests, the carbon imprint, etc...as this digital edition is more eco friendly!! ;)q

Love this magazine--but you only get 6/year
Love this magazine. Gave 4 stars because there's too many pages used for advertising rather than actual content/pictures. Also, you only get 6 magazines per year. I remember when these were not the case. Regardless, the quality has not gone down, just the amount of content.

One of my favorite magazines
I love this magazine. While it is one of the most expensive I subscribe to, I find it something I look forward to every month that it comes out. Not only are the pictures beautiful, detailed, and feminine, but the stories behind the pictures are well done and worth time reading. This and Tea Time, give me a wonderful respite from the work-a-day world and its problems. It lets my imagination soar and I get lost in the elegance of the pages and words. It also inspires me to look for Victorian items that I can add to my own home to make it a bit of an oasis for my everyday enjoyment as well. I highly recommend this magazine.

Longtime subscriber
I love Victoria and have been a subscriber for many years, I have always liked the beautiful pictures and the articles about women that are making their dreams come true by following their bliss. I especially love the issues that feature gardens as I have been a gardener for quite some time and the gardens that they feature are beautiful. I hope that they keep publishing for a long, long time.

Tea, china, gardens, linens
Do you like tea, good china, beautiful gardens, and fine linens? Thats what this magazine has. I call it old lady porn, and usually make time to sit and read it, either outside on a beautiful day, or in a bubble bath, or with a nice cup of tea.If you are debating as I was, on getting a subscription verses the newsstand, first off, is cheaper, but an unexpected benefit is the surprise in your mailbox when it arrives. In the era of junk mail and two day shipping, I had forgotten how nice it is to get something you weren't expecting in the mailbox. It reminds me of when I was a teenager in the late 90s, going to the mailbox in the hope that I'd have a letter from my boyfriend.

Speaks to my old soul.
I love my Victoria subscription! I had tried for years to resubscribe but hadn't had any luck - until now. Victoria is like traveling back in time. The articles and features make me feel as if I am going back home and being welcomed by old friends. The Writer-In-Residence and Artist-in-Residence essays are my favorite features (I was a subscriber when Tasha Tudor was the Artist-in-Residence and Madeleine L'Engle was the Writer-in-Residence).
