Helpful brewing tips: For a successful brew always use a ratio of 12 ounces minimum of starter tea per gallon. Adjust your ratio based on the amount of starter tea that you have *For optimal conditions, keep out of direct sunlight, cover brewing vessel or storage container with a tight weave cloth to allow the culture to breathe but prevent contamination by insects or spores in the air *Do not use cheesecloth as your top cover- fruit flies will infiltrate your kombucha.
