New grill came with hardware for installation (metal clips and plastic push-screws), which was nice because you're likely to damage one or more of the plastic screws on removal, and/or lose an old rusty metal clip). The included rubber bushing that goes across the top with 2-sided tape is underwhelming--my old one was more substantial. The new one was kinked from storage wrapped up, and needed stretching to work some of the kinks out. The included mounting tape was also underwhelming, and was supplemented with some Gorilla 2-sided tape that should hold it in place a lot better. Others reported this and it's true. I think it should be called piranha instead of shark. :) The installation was super easy and my only complaint is that the rubber seal that came with the grille, the seal that attaches to the top of the grille that the hood sets on when closed would not stick. Like, at all! We ended up using tiny little screws to hold the seal in place since it would immediately lift up and not seal with the flimsy sticky stuff that it came with.
