It's not Chenille, not the soft stuff like I was expecting. But it's still pretty, and probably a bit more sturdy than chenille. It's on the sofa all the time and we took it to the beach today and it kept the kids warm, tho it's only big enough for one person to use it at a time. It's held up to being washed well to. If the description was better I probably would have gave 5 ⭐, but since it says chenille and it's not that's why I gave 4.

I ordered this for the back of my office chair as it’s always freezing... love it so much that I will be ordering some for our home as well!
