Dual Socket 12 Volt DC Swivel Adapter Power Outlet

This device makes it possible to use my gps and ipod at the same time charging both. Since the gps did not come with a home charger this was necessary. Would work fine for charging any two devices at the same time. Locks in position too. The only think I wish it did was to be able to adjust both side to side and up and down but this is only adjustable in one direction but you could turn it it the socket. It does what I want and wanting it to be adjustable in 2 directions does not make it any less useful for most people.

It works great, very compact and fits perfect...It moves ups and down with controlled actions...again.. it works great for me...

The plug barely stays in when connected to the 12v. The swivel is made extremely poorly causing the two adapters to not be able to face upwards whenever anything is plugged in. The connection is very loose often causing the GPS and the radar detector to turn off from the bad connection.

I bought this for my mom, who had purchased a heating cushion for her car seat. The cushion itself is great, but the 12v plug was very loose in the socket in her car. The socket was not deep enough to get a good connection at the slightest movement of the plug would cause the cushion to loose power. This adapter has a nice snug fit into the car socket and it's own sockets are deep enough to accommodate plugs which may be too long for your car's 12v socket.

It's new, it works. What more can I say. Actually I had one for years than the plastics began to deteriorate due to the heat and cold here in Tulsa. It still worked but I just wanted to replace it. This new one has been working just fine and I would recommend it.

It overheated and burned up on one side. If I wasn't paying attention it would have caught on fire in my car, then we would be talking disaster!!!

I was forever unplugging the single outlet device in the car to plug in other 12 volt electronic devices. Since purchasing this dual outlet I can power my GPS at the same time I recharge my cell phone. Especially handy when traveling on vacation.
