## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I set the correct channel for a timed recording? There is no choice as to which channel on the screen.  I'm technologically challenged too.**
A: You should set the channel by choosing it on your cable box.  The Funai does not have a tuner of it's own and must rely on the cable box tuner to be set to the channel needed. The Funai should be on Channel 3 or 4, whichever your area requires.

**Q: Will this funai copy my old vhs tapes to dvd?  Also, can it record a tv show onto a vhs tape.**
A: Yes, it can record a tv show onto a vhs tape as I do that all the time. You just have to be sure it is set on the channel of the show you are taping. I don't think you can copy a vhs tape to dvd but am not sure.  I couldn't find any instructions in the book that comes with it.

**Q: I see the product dimensions are "13.4 x 21.2 x 7 inches"  
Is that Depth x Width x Height?**
A: No, that is 767.016 cubic inches. Individual dimensions corresponding to measurements are correctly identified. D=13.4", W"=21.2" and H=2.7".

**Q: can it copy dvd to vhs?**
A: no---you will need a device to hook from dvd out to vhs in to do so. the same works vhs to dvd--due to copy guard on both. just browse for copy guard remover i am sure you will find one.
