Practical Black Magic: How to Hex and Curse Your Enemies Kindle Edition

A lot of nonsense to unpack, i dont mean like typical occult nonsense. I've read crowley, echols, there's implicit suspension of disbelief with this kind of work, i get that. This author is different, citing ultra-conservative radio host Alex Jones early on, that child sacrificing pedophiles and the illuminati are real, and stating that there is "less crime, and people are more polite where magick is practiced", just to name some examples, but the hogwash goes on. Clearly the author has not been classically educated in literature, does not know how to write at all, essentially giving you the impression that she takes her Wikipedia-esque word of mouth as reality, stating personal opinions and thought as fact-based evidence multiple times. The spells are Ok, thats the only reason im giving it two stars, but the weird right-wing conspiracies threw me for a loop, that is not something real magick practitioners are about.

I've been doing magickal studies and occult work for almost 28 years now. I've not actually used the material in this book yet, but I do make it a point to do most of the rituals in a book before doing a review - for testing purposes. When I'm not reviewing books for my personal use, I do book reviews for my YouTube channel. I'll see about writing a more comprehensive review when I can verify the information is good and spells/rituals get results.

There were maybe four total pages of useful information in the whole book. The majority of it was stream-of-consciousness rambling with no real organization or in depth research. It’s a strange mix of surface level cherry picking from different cultures. There is also a very strong anti-Christian theme throughout the book which is confusing considering the author suggests using the sign of the cross and praying to catholic saints.

Sophia DiGregorio is a phenomenal, skilled writer. She gives u fascinating, not easily obtained historical, research on the topics she writes about. I like that because Sophia is not only knowledgeable on her book subjects, but she ‘backs up’ each one of the them by giving the complete, historical derivatives. When you read her casting recipes & instructions she gives you the precise manner unlike a lot of authors do not that write on the craft & the left hand path. For newbies I suggest this book of Sophia’s to purchase along w/ this one on Amazon “How To Write Your Own Spells For Any Purpose & Make Them Work”. The most unbiased I have read on the black arts. FYI- Real witches do not believe in Christian concept of one God nor the Devil. So it would do people good to read this book who are not into magick to enlighten their perspective on how life was for people back in the 1400's who didn't have a bodyguard or law enforcement, or an attorney, nor a two parent household to help gather food before the harsh winters. They had no means but magick to protect them & their family when things got life threatening. Very impressed with this book!!!!

If you want to do light research and perform successfully, this is a good start. All the warnings are there, as well how to protect yourself.

For those who are open to the info... This book is fascinating even if you're just curious and want to know more about traditional witchcraft without the dogma of group think.

This was a cheaply printed book, as if someone just scanned the cover with their old home printer. Very thin, less knowledge.

Very interesting book can’t put it down

As a professional I can advise that this book has a huge variety of information. I was suprised to see such in depth knowledge in a single book, that makes me doubt that author did it for profit. Would highly recommend anyone seeking such knowledge. Price is way too low, not fair for the author money wise.

This book is excellent, its contents are perfect for dealing with bullies and tyrants, you need never feel defenceless again,

Interesting book but if you are not very good at reading can be challenging i did not want to put the book down
