The product arrived promptly and was well packaged.On opening all the bits were there and the instructions and fittings were complete, assembly took 15 minutes with very little hassle - but would suggest leaving all screws loose until chair fully assembled then tighten up.Allin all a comfortable chair well finished and at a good price

The chair is exactly what you see here. It's well made, comfortable and easy to put together. It's also well packaged and the seller was very prompt with answers to questions re delivery. It took me just 15 minutes to put the chair together and it's comfortable and the main reason I bought it was for good back support and it's fine for this as the back is fixed, unlike my old chair which the back just moved backwards, so no support on the old one. So far I'm very happy with my purchase. It is cheap, but still perfectly good quality for the price. I've bought more expensive office chairs that weren't as solid as this, so well worth the price.

This is the second study chair I have bought through Amazon this year. It is a duplicate of the first chair. The price for the first chair on 13th Jan was £32.99 and the price of the second on 12th Feb was £36.99, still markedly cheaper than the average price for the wide range of chairs on offer by Amazon. It is smart, comfortable, well-made and simple to assemble. Like most of the range it has an adjustable height mechanism provided by a lever-operated ram. If I have one slight criticism it is that the ram unobtrusively and gracefully sinks over a long period of use, but it can be instantly adjusted back to the required position. I can live with that.

Easy to put together and arrived when they said it would..Ideal for a teenager.

I needed to replace an ancient computer chair which I’d held on to for far too long, so after looking around I settled on this Tonvision model, and I’m sure I made a good choice. I’m happy to give this product 5 stars all round; it arrived earlier than expected, all the parts were there, it was straightforward to put together guided by the clear instructions, it seems robustly made, and it was good value. As to comfort, that will take longer to comment on once I’ve been using it for a while, but I’m certainly pleased with it so far.

The base is scratched and dirty, which was a disappointment as it was the first thing I unpacked . The rest of the chair parts were new and packaged well. It was a bit fiddly aligning the holes for the screws and I had to push down on the seat and back pads. The finished chair looks nice and is sturdy and ideal for a small space. I have ordered a lumbar support cushion for extra comfort as the chair will be used for long periods by my son, whilst he is working from home.

The chair is not worth the money, it is poor quality and apart from the fact that it arrived with some of the assembly bolts missing. The replacement bolt sent by the vendor, were still short one bolt. Each arm requires four (4) bolts per arm total eight (8) bolts. I had to purchase allen bolts to complete the assembly of the chair. Once the chair was finally assembled after two (2) weeks waiting on bolts. The chair fails in its principal function of adjustable height, it simply collapses after any period of sitting on it. A single point failure, thereby not being fit for purpose.

Very pleased with the quality and price of this chair. Delivery was very fast, in fact it came a day earlier than expected! We were planning to not fit the arms as my husband preferred this, but it is not possible to do this due to the construction of the chair. However he is still very pleased with it and it looks very smart.
