These brushes are excellent! I have always used natural paintbrush-type basting brushes, and I also thought that these silicone basting brushes looked tacky in the package, and would probably be stiff or messy or somehow not work. I am so glad I tried these things! They clean up perfectly in the dishwasher (no more residue like with the old natural bristle brushes) and no more of the bristles falling off on the food or rusting, or any of the other problems that come with the old style basting brushes. I love these brushes and wish I had tried them a long time ago. If you don't have them, get some, you won't regret it.*edit* I paid $7.99 for a set of 3 brushes, for future reference.

This set of basting brushes gets the job done for adding oil to my waffle iron but I was definitely not impressed with the quality. The red, silicone brush heads easily fall off during washing / drying which is kind of a pain. They feel very light and inexpensive. For the price (I paid $7.99 for set of three), they are not bad. If I had a "do-over," I would have skipped getting three and instead purchased one of higher quality for the same amount that I spent on these three.

They serve their purpose!

Easy to use, extremely easy to clean, and you don't need a basting brush for each kind of basting you do because they clean up so well. No more waiting for the brush 'hairs' to dry before you can put it away.

Inexpensive brushes with okay quality. I primarily use the longer brush while grilling. Quality seems decent enough for the price. One of the silicone brush heads already has a rip in it just after one use. Not a deal breaker though, they were cheap.

Great price and they have more "bristles" than my other brush. A little long for me, so I cut down the long one to match the middle one.

This set comes with two smaller brushes for everyday use, and one large one for grilling, which my husband loves.The brushes come apart for easy cleaning and they are dishwasher safe. I much prefer them to standard basting brushes, which always feel greasy after use. This is a very good product at a very good price.

Work as expected....the 3 different sizes for the money is a great value. Nothing awe-inspiring here, they just work as they should.
