It was easy to put on, true to the sizing chart, comfortable, and kept me knee warm and supported. There was a little sliding when I would first start, but it was easy to readjust and once I worked up a little sweat it secured itself excellently and I wouldn't have to adjust anymore. I never experienced any rubbing or chafing issues either which was great for long distance running. Highly recommend, it got me through the marathon! I've worn both braces and compression sleeves. From my own opinion and experience, sleeves work a lot better for me as they keep everything where they should be. I mainly wear my sleeve when I am at the gym, running, hiking, or know I will be walking a lot (theme parks). These sleeves have helped me dramatically, I use to have trouble taking steps and my knee would randomly give out while walking. Since I've been using my sleeves I have not had those problems except for the occasional problems getting up steps. Now for the downside, the sleeve fits tightly where it should, but with movement it will slide up or down and loose compression.
