Unless you are a licensed Electrician with a degree in patience I would stay clear of this alien contraption. It arrives with virtually no instructions in a million pieces. If you like to use your imagination - then this is the light for you. Because you will be using your imagination a lot on install. I would NEVER buy this item again!!!!3 hours into installation so far.....

Update****** this light was recently installed as is. It is beautiful and my previous review was incorrect. I love this light.*****This light is not usable in the US. There are two very fine wires on this light and installation is not possible for 110 or 220 volts. My electrician said this was not intended for use in the US and deemed them junk. I purchased this light to go into my new home. Due to Covid, the house took longer to finish and now I am pass the return window to get my money back. Beware, do not purchase this.

I would like to give this light a zero star. I'm sure once it was put together that would go up. In 26 years of owning a home and renovating multiple times, this was the worst light purchase ever. We ended up throwing it in the garbage. Even an electrician would have a difficult time putting this together. We were supposed to have some assembly, I did not think that would include completely wiring the light ourselves. With 64 tiny white wires and 64 tiny black wires that had to be twisted together this became quite a task. No proper instructions were found so my spouse looked at the companies video which demonstrated a light with a total of 6 wires not the 124 that were actually in the light. If I had not let it sit so long I would have tried for a refund, but instead we threw it in the trash.

First the lamp I got in NYC was for 220/240 volt so useless in the US (but delivered in the US!)Second there are 126 small tiny wires to assemble...63 white and 63 black and then connect to two main wires!Third it is quite impossible to assemble the light..so I gave up and will buy another one

We absolutely love these lights! I was worried about all the negative reviews but gave it a shot anyway. We painted ours copper to match our kitchen accents. We ordered both lights at the same time. All parts needed were accounted for and in tact. My husband, who is an electrician, admitted that the wiring was annoying to assemble and some minor stripping of screws happened. However this didn’t affect the unit. bulb rings, lights and glass covers installed without any issues. The branches can be positioned anyway, which I like. The lights are a perfectly soft glow - not too bright. Be sure to use the gloves provided when adding the bulb covers so you don’t get oil from your hands on the glass. I can’t stop admiring them and I’m glad we took the chance.

I really love the chandelier. It really makes my office pop. That said, it took hours to assemble and install. The electrician said it was the most complex installation he'd ever done! Don't try to do it alone.

Impossible to assemble, 84 tiny wires that all need to somehow be spliced into two groups.I worked on it for a couple of hours then decided to box it up and send it back.Don’t waste your time with this garbage!!

Install directions were HORRIBLE. They were not easy to follow; not concise (no step 1, step 2, step 3) The print was very very, very small. (Had to utilize a magnifying glass). There was no alternative language options (only Chinese).
