Diamond Ground Arc Saber Tungsten Storage Tube (Short)

I've made a few differant variations of this product over the years, none of them functioned like this Arc-Saber though lol. It's pretty amazing tbh, and I'm not being paid to say this. See the pics I attached. The polycarbonate design means it's tough as nails, the thick threads mean they'll most likely survive years of you overtightening them, but that might not happen becasue the thread(s) are so short (just over one full thread is contacted) that I can open it, wiggle a sharp point out and thread the cap back on with one hand. When I'm done I just reach back and stick it to a tank or the bottom of my table, that neo-diddilydoodum magnet fixed to the bottom has plenty of grab to stick sideways on my argon bottle at a funny angle that most of magnets won't even stick at. All in all, at $5.99 I believe it's worth the money just for the fact it keeps my tungsten dry using a reed. Effective and easy to replace if it gets wet or degrades. I might just get another one, maybe the longer one.

Item arrived with an inspection sticker certifying that it passed inspection. I don't know how that could be true seeing as how it is missing the threaded part from the base completely. Now I have to go out of my way to ship a broken part back where it will probably be inspected again and sent back out to another customer.

Exactly what i was looking for! This model only holds half pieces of tungsten but that’s normally all I need a case for. Very lightweight, durable and works perfectly! I believe it is 3D printed but I could care less. Keep your eyes on it, I’ve had many welders looking to “borrow” it for 20 years😳

I bought 2 of these... one to hold my sharp tungsten and one to hold the ones I, uh, well dipped in the pool. I really like the magnets on the bottom that hold them securely to my welding table

Really nice product, I love the magnetic base, only issue is new tungs cut in half and fresh sharpen the cap will not screw down all the way... none the less great product... I enjoy it
