Suitable for real firearms
I am a Sergeant of Marines, we use the real trijicon 4x non variable zoom acog on our service rifles. Those are 1400$, this is 120$. I bought this for my personal Delton AR 5.56 rifle and I also reload my own ammo. I shoot 68 grain BTHP with 24.2 grains of CFE-223 and cci primers. With this optic, im averaging less than one inch group at 100 yards. Shot nearly 500 rounds through it already and still zeroes. BUY THIS, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.

I would trust my life to it
Great scope for the price holds zero after at least 200 rounds runs well on my .223. The BDC reticle is accurate at least out to 300 yards. Haven’t tried them yet but I imagine the 400 and 600 yrd marks are accurate as well. I hate when snobs say “I wouldn’t trust my life to it”. Yet you would trust your life to iron sights!!! If it bothers, you that much put it on a QD mount so you can remove it if the optic fails. Love the ACOG aesthetic, I’ve owned real ACOGs they all have bad eye relief this one is no different. This is 80% of a real ACOG for 10% the price. Will be using this for coyotes and hogs!PROS: Aesthetics, all the $100-$300 4x tactical scopes are fugly, Crisp reticle, accurate bdc, good fiber optic brightness even in low light.CONS: short eye relief (all ACOGs suffer from this), Elevation and windage aren’t clearly marked so you just have to guess which way is left or right,

Damn
Compared to a true Trijicon? Not perfect. Factor in the price...... hell yeah! Holds zero. Bright in daylight. Perfect? No. Worth the price? More bang for your buck than a true ACOG? Yup. More than you paid for if I have my say. It’ll let you get 75% of the way to the real deal for 10% of the price!!!

Works great
I have this on my AR-15 , I shoot .223, have about 1000 rounds with it. The dials don't have markings for up/down/left/right, but I zeroed with a bore laser so I just turned one way then the other to figure it out.I have 1000 rounds through it and its still going strong, works great, still hold a great zero. Only issue I have found is it has mediocre eye relief, you need to be a little close to it to get the full picture, so if you are using a higher caliber I wouldn't recommend it. Will buy another one for my .22

horrible focus - now harassment
The red chevron never fully comes into focus so you have to guess that your on target and at what distance. eye relief is very fixed, the slightest shift and your out of it. Returned.Edit:now I am getting emails about once a week asking me to take down this review for a "refund". I got my refund when I returned there junk, not taking a bribe to remove this, Sale a better product!

Not worth putting on a real firearm
Pretty much what you expect out of a cheap optic. The adjustment nobs have no arrows so you just have to guess what's up or down the first adjustment. Also very easy to Max out on adjustment and still need more. The fiber optic illuminated retical isn't terrible but looks a little crooked. Definitely lock tight the screws if you want any accuracy at all out of it. All in all I honestly wish I just spent more and got something better. I only have it on a $400 AR kit build and it's probably going to end up in my airsoft gun. Just buy something better

Absolutely surprised
Absolutely surprised it has not broken yet and keeps zero very well. I own a mini 14 with a Sparta stock, the action is not nearly as strong as it used to be due to smaller bushing in gas block and 1911 buffers but it still beats on scopes, this cheap ACOG has seriously impressed me. I’ve put around 2,000 rounds with the scope on and only adjusted it 2 times. Going to buy one for my AR15 and beretta carbine next. Longest distance we are shooting at is 350yrds and still able to hit targets, hard to see for sure but we are still able to hit targets. It’s cheap enough to try, if you get a defective one just send it back and try another. I’m a real person not a bot or a paid reviewer.

Not bad but I got a defective one
I am returning this optic but may try again. First, let me say this optic did hold decent groups at 100 yards, the reticle and picture looked clear and crisp if not just a little dark due to poor light transmission but nothing too bad at all. The reason I rated this so low and will be returning it is due to the prism being misaligned allowing you to see off the edge of it on the right side as shown in my first picture. This would only go away if you got into a weird angle behind the rifle and super close to the optic. Anyone who shot a real acog will tell you it has short eye relief (about 1.5") but this seemed even shorter and had to be at a weird angle. If it wasn't for this one issue it would be a 4-5 star product and I'd probably keep it.
