I enjoy the cookies to add into an alreay clean diet..i would say that this seller took 4ever to send them. So if you are looking at receiving them quickly as most amazon products...this is not the place to buy them, but all in all the cookies are similar to a protein bar. I ordered them b/c I can not buy them from our Walgreen (they only carry chocolate chip) and wanted to try a different flavor. Also if you warm them slightly in the microwave..they taste better. If you add a cup of coffee..awesome. Just expect at least 2 weeks for this seller to get them to you :(
