Nicci Marie Skincare - Vitamin C Serum

I have been using Nicci Marie products for over a year and was very satisfied with the quality, results and pricing. I ordered two of the serums on September 4, 2015 due to the great price. I put them in a cabinet in my bathroom where I kept other Nicci Marie products. The serum is supposed to be clear. When I opened this bottle around December, the serum came out an awful yellow. I went on the Nicci Marie website and sent an email to them explaining the situation. It is now April and I've had no response at all from the company. I will not buy from Nicci Marie again. I had noticed that their packing seemed to change with each order - sometimes the serum comes in a clear bottle, sometimes it doesn't. This concerned me a little but to receive a bottle that clearly contains a defective product, report it to the company which should be very concerned and then get no response is not acceptable.

I am not completely impressed with this product. The smell is a bit strong and off putting. It goes on nicely but after a month I have not noticed any changes like I was hoping based off all the other reviews.

This product is just fantastic, I have used 2 others from another brand, but this is hands down the best. My skin is really clear, soft and smooth. I started seeing results about 10 days later, it doest splash all over the place (and mirror) it is gel like and you control how uc you use. I really love it

I should have learned from some of the negative reviews I read here, but I chose to believe they were some isolated problems. The Vitamin C Serum I received was a rust color, very sticky and foul smelling. I returned it and won't purchase from this company again.

I RETURNED THIS PRODUCT RIGHT AFTER I RECEIVED IT, AFTER SEEING THE NASTY RUST COLOR IT HAD.THIS COLOR IN A VITAMIN C SERUM MEANS IT IS WELL PAST IT'S EXPIRATION.

Did not do as well as I thought it would! If you have WRINKLES !!!!!!! No not expect them to disappear!

I love how this makes my skin feel.

product smelled like rancid oil. I returned it.
