Review: delicious and potent! - Delicious amazing curry! Panang is one of my favorite Thai dishes and thankfully an easy one to make at home. This particular blend is very flavorful especially when you mix a little peanut butter in the coconut milk. It is a bit on the spicy side, but can be easily toned down. I mist say though, I was mindlessly going off a Pinterest recipient that probably used american panang curry and boy did I mess up! "Empty entire contents of curry packet into pan" DO NOT DO THIS, it is a huge mistake. Add teeny bits to simmering coconut milk. I hope you won't make my mistake. I gleefully tasted it, expecting joy explosions and my lip is still on fire.

The first time I had Penang curry was at Typhoon in in Portland, OR. It was beyond words delicious. I live in a small town or I would make my own paste. This is amazing and gives me that flavor that I first made me fall in love with Penang curry.
