I am a contractor, work outside and do not always have access to electrical outlets for charging my iPhone. that’s where this product comes in. It is one of the best built of any such product that I have seen in recent years, it’s fairly thick but will still easily fit in your pocket. The lightning port means that you do not have to have a special cable for charging this unit. your standard Apple charging cable Will do. you control when charging should start or stop with the touch of a button. Just hold the button on the back of the case for up to three seconds to start or stop charging. Probably the most intuitive feature however is the fact that once your battery reaches its full charge, charging will stop automatically. That is a feature I have not seen in any other case so far. I have not attempted to, but I believe the packaging does the ability to charge your phone completely two times or so. Most of the time I give partial charges or the battery will be at 50 or 60% capacity when I charge the battery in the first place. So I cannot say how often you could charge from the battery being nearly completely drained. either way however, this is one of the best built easy to use and most intuitive battery cases on the market today and for the price I certainly do not think you will be disappointed.

Ok let’s talk about the elephant in the room....this case. It’s huge! So much for a slim case. The iPhone se case that I purchased is almost 2x the size of the phone and heavy. It helps the grip since this phone is tiny to begin with but probably not something I’d carry in my pocket all day. If your going on a remote travel and want to ensure your phone can run for possibly 1.5 days being used constantly you’re good. The navy is a nice color matched my shorts perfect hah! Doubt the magnet mount would function properly because your adding serious weight to this phone so don’t try unless you want a broken screen protector. Oh and love the lightning cord charger port. Finally! Got tired of using a micro usb cord to charge the case and lightning cord to charge my phone. Definitely worth it if you don’t mind doing curls to scroll Facebook. I’m On the fence about this case but practicality isn’t there for me because of size for everyday pocket carry.

I purchased the charging case due to my iPhone SE having a shorter battery life. The case arrived on time, it is pretty bulky and a bit heavy but it protects the back of the phone. The case was able to completely charge my phone and have a extra charges left over. The problem is that after 5 months the charger stopped charging my phone. It will store charges but it no longer charges my phone. The way you have to slide your I think that it may have damaged the prongs over time. It was great while it lasted for the price.

The battery life was great at first. The biggest downside was that you have to charge the phone and the case separately - the phone wouldn't charge if you just plugged in the case. Even worse, it was always a bit of a struggle to get the phone in and out of the case, because it's difficult to line up the case's jack exactly where it needs to align with the phone's socket. Then it got worse. After about 6 weeks, the phone stopped taking charge from the case. You could plug it in, and the phone would recognize the case and charge for maybe 20 seconds, then it would stop. After about 2 weeks of that, the phone stopped taking charge from the case entirely. When I plug in the case, the LED indicator says it's fully charged. When I insert the phone in the case, the phone does not show that it's charging. It's dead.

Good so far owned less then week. Seems to hold charge well. Only cons it does lower reception somewhat but I expected that, it slightly drains phones battery ever so slightly but that can be a number reasons and it will state one light charge left but still charge phone quite a bit but I like the fact it it’s simple to use push to use or not use battery. Makes phone slightly bulky but not to bad. Will buy from brand if price is right. It’s so far been good and build quality seems very sturdy.

The old battery of my iPhone 7 is damaged. I usually work outside and cannot carry my phone when charging, so I will miss important emails on my phone. Now, I have this battery case, which can be easily carried, used and charged at the same time.If I accidentally dropped it, it should protect my iPhone. I should have purchased this battery case a few months ago. As far as my iPhone is concerned, this makes my life easier.Installation is also very convenient. The top of the case is made of soft material, which makes it easy to put in and take out the phone.If you need a battery case, this is the best choice.

The unit worked great for a few weeks but then I noticed the connection to my actual iPhone was such that it clicked on/ off the charging... as if there was a 'bad' connection....I returned the charger case during the exchange period offered by Prime/Amazon
