I purchased my original Chef Todd Green pans in 2007-2008. Got sick and when I returned, some of his pots by my children friends had been taken. In 2016, I purchase what I thought were his pots but they were call Green+Life. Now I live with my children who has an induction counter top stove. I am still trying to figure that gadget out BUT, his original pots showing his name on the bottom can be use. I cleaned the bottom of excess greasy residue and I am now apart of the "George Jetson Future" on my stove. Who knew and I still love, LOVE these pans. Here I am going into 16 years later and they still look good inside and none of the interior coating has deteriorated. Sometimes due to my lack of attention during soap operas resulted in the bottom of my food getting scorched BUT, I just SOAK my pot, pans or baking cookware and all that scorch residue comes up without scrubbing.

In the beginning, I really liked it. it had good non-stick capability and everything cooked well. After just several uses, especially with eggs, the food stuck. Despite soaking over a couple of nights after each time the food stuck, the food will not come off. The pans are now permanently discolored and have been this way since a few weeks after buying new. Very disappointing product

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with this pan. I bought one piece, the 10 inch frypan to see how well I would like it. I loved it at first but after a few months of light use the pan began to lose it's nonstick capabilities. Towards the end (I ended up throwing it out in the trash) I would have to soak it over night to clean it after cooking eggs in it. I would not recommend this pan if you are truly looking for nonstick. If you google reviews on this cookware, you will see numerous complaints about this cookware.

DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER.

I really don't understand the negative reviews. My wife bought me a set of these pans two years ago and they are (still) the best nonstick pans I have ever used. You can cook an omelet without even using oil, but I would use a tiny bit anyway. Easy to clean, look great, work great. My only issue is that the lid can't be inverted to stack the pans because the handle is too big, so we just store the lids separately. No biggie. Would buy again!

Don't Believe The Egg Non Stick Hype! After about a month of usage, eggs and whatever else you cook starts to stick! Just like other reviews....these pans are overrated and the non-stick property starts to fail after a month of usage, esp. the frying pan because it's used more frequently. They are very hard to clean. HSN has removed his entire line of pots and pans off of their website due to the poor quality of these pans. Save yourself some hard caked on cleanups and don't buy these pans. Everything sticks and turns into a caked on messed!
