I've been using this roller for about two weeks now and love it so far! Let me preface by saying that I have a bit of a skincare makeup addiction and have tried more products than I can count. I was a bit skeptical at first but decided to give this a try anyways. The packaging and the roller itself is super cute, and I like that you essentially get three different sizes to use as needed. I've used this a few times after using a Korean face mask to really roll in the product (I hate the sticky feeling so I tend to wash it off after wearing the mask for about 20-30 minutes), and it did seem to help my skin absorb a little bit more. Since I have a pretty regimented skin care routine and good skin (thank you mom and dad) already, it's hard for me to tell the different it makes in terms of absorbing more product. What I do find helpful is in reducing puffiness. I've always been a crier and having been super hormonal lately, so I keep finding my eyes red and puffy. Sticking this quartz roller in the fridge for a few minutes and then using it to roll over my eyes with a little bit of aloe vera helps tremendously - so 5 stars in helping me walk into public without feeling self conscious about my huge puffy eyes!

The jade roller and gua sha are both god sends. I suffer from migraines and I feel this really helps with my forehead tension. Not only do I use the gua sha on my face, I request my husband to give me a shoulder/neck massage, basically scraping down the region pushing lymph downwards. I'm very much impressed with the quality of the rose quartz and feel it's genuine as indicated on the package description. On top of that, the roller doesn't squeak like most other rollers I've used and doesn't get stuck- a smooth roll basically.I'd also like to comment on the customer service observed. I am beyond thrilled. The owner personally reached out to me regarding my satisfaction and took care of my needs in a timely sense. Wow! We could use more businesses like this. Thank you so much Jon! I absolutely love this jade roller! It arrived promptly and very securely packaged. There are photo instructions on how to use both the roller and the included gua sha massager. They are very easy to follow and of you want more in depth instructions there are many videos on YouTube as well.The items are very beautiful, and also very sturdy and solid. With just my first use I loved the very cooling effect the jade had against the skin. It is this way every time i've picked it up. No need to cool it off in cold water or the fridge like other similar products. And the massaging/calming effects are very nice too. I can definitely see how over time this product used as apart of a regular skincare routine would help maintain and achieve healthy, firm skin. Highly recommended.

My first package did come broken in half but they were prompt in sending me a new one that I got in just two days. The return of the broken one was also a really easy process.I really love the jade roller it makes me skin feel so refreshed especially when I use it fresh out of the freezer. I also use it when I have a sheet mask on or when I just applied a serum or face oil to really help it sink into my skin better.The gua sha feels really great especially when I use it on my neck because my muscles tend to be tight there because of the way I sleep. It also feels good when I go along my cheeks and chin with it really helping the circulation there and it feels like a little face massage. Overall, would recommend this because you're getting two tools for a good price.

I can't say it has made much long-range difference in the look of my face/skin. My skin does look brighter and less puffy when I first do it but the effect is not long-lasting. What it does do is (1) give me a minute of meditation while I roll the cool jade over my skin; and (2) roll the oil as a thin layer to capture the skin's moisture -- that is a very important skin care regimen. I don't think the expensive oil that comes with the roller is necessary -- I use a few drops of rose oil but jojoba or other oils will capture and protect moisture too.The roller itself does what it should -- it rolls efficiently. It is a lovely soft green jade and that in itself is a pleasure if color is something you enjoy.

I was so excited to receive my rose quartz roller and couldn't wait to use it. When it arrived however, it came defective. I contacted customer service and they were incredibly kind and understanding and immediately sent me a new one (along with a jade roller!). The rollers are beautiful and feel so good on my skin. I use a combination of Kate Blanc's Rosehip Seed Oil and Jojoba Oil (both purchased through Amazon) at night and use the roller to help soak in the product. I had never heard of gua sha but after watching a YouTube tutorial on how to use it, I'm hooked-it gives my face a firm, sculpted look. I can't wait to see what these two products do with extended use. Thank you Mikacare!

I really liked this, it’s small enough that I can leave it on top of the tooth brush holder in my bathroom. I keep it in plain sight so I don’t forget to use it. It feels nice and it comes with instructions on how to roll it on your face. I usually wash my face first, then apply a little bit of face cream and then use this. I feel like I look more well rested since I started using this. With two kids under 2 it’s nice to get some time to relax at the end of the day. I usually do this before bed and it helps me relax. Overall a good product and it is holding up good nothings come off or broken which now a days is hard to find.
