Didn't receive product sold it too me knowing it was not in stock
What I didn't like was that I bought a package deal all the cheap crap arrived but not the most important thing the hover board took my money knowing they didn't have them in stock first time using amazon and maybe last nearly ruined Christmas, only for me ordering early in November I had a chance to go to eBay and get one ,now I am stuck with accessories that are not universal as described and don't fit my new hover board

Not a U.K. plug
Disappointed as this comes only with a 2 pin plug, not a U.K. plug so unable to use on Christmas Day.

My son LOVES this. It’s a really good board just a little heavy for him to carry so I get that fun bit. Does make it easier with the bag that’s included though

Not working
Since the battery died this Segway has not worked since. I replaced the charger for a new one but still no joy this was a Christmas present for my son
