XSPC G1/4" Inline Filter, Chrome

I have to write a mixed review on this. It's stated purpose is as a filter. It does a good job filtering stuff out of the line, however with the filters installed draining the loop becomes a pain. Fluid exits below the filter, but gravity is not enough force to get it to pass through the filter, and unfortunately I put this near the bottom of my loop.That said, I bought this as a place to hold my silver kill coil. I stretched the coil a little longer and wider so that it almost bit into the glass tube in the center. It holds tightly to the glass, and will not fall out even with the unit disassembled and the glass upright. It seals nicely and looks really cool with the coil in the window. Once I removed the filters it no longer causes an issue when draining the loop. Useful for holding a coil, or simply breaking up a run that has too many bends in it to be easily done in a single piece of pipe.

Running standard OC temps (<= 70c), Mayhem Opaque Nano Fluid. Great little addon to my loop. I needed a small "hard piece" to connect my flow meter to and this worked great. Had it for a few months now and no leaks. If I need another one I will order this product.

Looks nice, well made, and threaded on both ends so they can use the tubing of your choice. I like that XSPC isnt putting obnoxious branding in their fittings like bitspower does.
